Butterfly Valley Quest
We literally conquer the amazing Butterfly Valley going down the steep 400 meter high walls and going deep into the heart of the canyon
Butterfly Valley
The Butterfly Valley is a hidden gem of Fethiye. It is only accessible by boat or via the Lycian Way walking trail. In our quest, we experience the both ways. Thanks to being inaccessible, the valley is still intact and pure. It is one of the places you can call 'heaven on earth'.
Our Expedition
We start our journey from the valley's steep walls which are 350–400 m (1,150–1,310 ft) high. Going down, you experience the greatness of the valley and the thrill of becoming a part of that greatness. Arriving to the sandy beach is a milestone in our adventure but there is still more to explore in this exquisite canyon. A trail in the canyon leads to stunning waterfalls dropping from the head of the valley. There, at the heart of the valley, you can revitalize yourself. We take the same path back to the beach and when we arrive at the beach, you get a sense of attainment. Then the relax time of our excursion starts... We enjoy the sandy beach and the bar at the beach as much as we want. We take a boat on our way back so that we can experience the beauty of the valley from a different angle.
